On August 17, 2024, Caleb L. ( Rideau UBF) and Susanna K.’s (Vancouver 3 UBF) wedding occurred. There were a total of 60 attendants from all over Canada. P. Philip W. officiated the wedding and declared Caleb and Susanna husband and wife in front of God and God’s people.
Caleb and Susanna vowed to love and be faithful to one another, holding onto both the marriage key verse 1Peter 2:4-5 of building their house church on Jesus the Living Stone, "As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by humans but chosen by God and precious to him— you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ." And their key verse Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.” Caleb has joined Susanna to serve God's work in Vancouver 3 UBF. May God bless this new house church to be a blessing to many young people in Canada!
